MOLDED FILTERS ARE TYPICALLY USED ON AIR FILTRATION APPLICATIONS SPECIFICALLY DEVELOPED TO REMOVE ATMOSPHERIC DUST FROM THE AIR INTAKE OF COMPRESSORS, BLOWERS AND ENGINES OR NATURAL GAS LINES. THESE FILTERS ARE FOR USE ON BLOWERS, GAS TURBINES, COMPRESSORS, PIPELINES, CHEMICAL PROCESS PLANTS AND DUST COLLECTION SYSTEMS.
All filters available in both standard and premium styles, however we only stock the premium. Premium vacuum truck filters have the added element of being constructed with metal end caps with vulcanized 2-part urethane end seals.
Metal end caps:
- - Add durability, protecting the integrity of the filter shape and seal.
- - Prevent separation from filter material and fraying.
- - Creates a more positive seal-eliminates by-pass.
- - Results in a 20-30% longer usage life.
