Shipping policy

 SHIPPING WITHIN GREATER GTA
Our warehouse is in Mississauga, Ontario so we'll delivery it personally with a nominal shipping charge depending upon size and weight ($25 - $50)
When our drivers can't make the trip outside of our delivery zone, we are committed to getting you the best shipping rate possible. We use SHIPTIME (who compares all shipping companies) to get you the best rate possible at the shortest amount of time.
 SHIPPING WITHIN SOUTHERN ONTARIO & ONTARIO
For larger orders outside of our normal delivery zone (160km radius) but within Southern Ontario - our delivery rates will vary b/w $50-$75 depending upon location. 
250-500kms will see a $100 delivery charge
 SHIPPING HOSES IS COSTLY

We prefer to deliver but when we can't, shipping is our only option.  Non-hose items, will see competitive shipping rates.  These are calculated on weight and the rates are listed below:

Unfortunately, shipping some of our hoses is costly.  Not surprisingly, the bigger the hose, the more costly it is.  Both the weight and size of the hose will determine the cost and we do our best to try and get you the best rate possible. We use SHIPTIME who compares rates from all the carriers ensuring you've received the most competitive rate out there.  

 SHIPPING RATES TO THE UNITED STATES

Shipping rates to the US will now be effected by a 25% tariff imposed by the US. 

We work hard to find you the best rate but the larger hoses do result in additional carrier fees.  All hoses and dig tubes are calculated by both weight and size.  The bulkier the hose or volume, the greater the cost.  If you're placing a larger order, we encourage you to call our office at 905-564-4673 and we can find better freight rates for you. 
 
We take pride in what we ship and our products are triple checked before we send them to you, so if your item is damaged during shipment and you're questioning the quality of the product, please take a photo of the box and/or packaging it arrived in as well as the product itself, and we will get to work on getting you a replacement.
