Custom-built, cut-to-length, or special-order items are typically not returnable unless there is a defect or error.

International Shipping & Duties
Yes. Hydrovac Store ships worldwide.
We regularly ship hydrovac and industrial products to customers outside Canada, including the United States and international markets.
Shipping costs are based on:

- Shipping method (courier or freight)
Large or long items such as hoses may ship by freight rather than standard parcel services.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Hydrovac Store does not control or collect these fees.

Build time depends on the components required and current inventory. Most custom assemblies are completed within a few business days once parts are available.
Our team will provide a lead time when quoting.
Unless specifically stated in the product description, hoses and fittings are sold separately.
This allows you to choose the exact ends and couplings needed for your equipment.
Warranty & Manufacturer Guarantees
Yes. Most products sold on HydrovacStore.com are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty
terms, coverage, and duration vary by brand and product.
If you experience an issue with a product, contact our team and we will help you work directly with the
manufacturer to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Manufacturer warranties usually cover:
