If you're not 100% satisfied with the product you ordered - we will fully refund your order within seven days of receipt of item. Send us an email at info@faultlesssolutions.com with a photo of the issue and we'll get to work on your refund. Once received back in our care, you will be refunded within 1-2 business days.

We observe the warranty policies of our manufacturers. If the issue is premature breakage, please send us the product back, with an explanation on what went wrong or wasn't working and what application you were using the product on. Once received back in our care, we'll get to work on getting you a full refund from the manufacturer.
