Type C aluminum camlock fitting couplers are often found cooperating with Type E Adapters but also be used with Type A, F as well as DP of the same size. The size of 1/2" to 4" and 6" are interchangeable with other products. 5" and 8" are not changeable for they are not specified in MIL-C-27487/ISO A-A-59326.
